Sicilian Organic EVO Oil Early Harvest 5 L

Our early-harvest oil in a family-size quantity: when you stop counting drops, and good oil becomes as essential as salt in your kitchen.

Organic farming certified by Suolo e Salute Srl (IT-BIO-004) — certificate no. IT-BIO-004.380-0068644.2025.002.

2025 harvest · best before May 2027

This format too is early-harvest oil, from the same freshly-pressed harvest. The Family Format is for anyone who pours good oil without hesitation — into pans, onto bread dough, over every vegetable from the oven: a supply built so you never have to choose between quality and quantity. Even in a tin, it's still him: our Ti.Si.

Inside, exactly the same oil as our smaller formats: 80% Nocellara Etnea, 15% Biancolilla, 5% Moresca, milled within 5 hours of harvest. The dark tin isn't just for looks: it protects far better than clear glass from light and oxidation, keeping the organoleptic qualities intact throughout its life in your pantry.

Freshly cut grass, green tomato, a delicate almond note on the nose; balanced and lively flavor, with that slightly peppery and bitter finish that the tin protects over time.

Unheated over salads, bruschetta, grilled vegetables, and fish; it handles demanding cooking equally well, including light frying, remaining reliable from the first drop to the last.

The format chosen by large families, restaurants, and farm stays: the best per-liter price in our entire range, without giving up a single degree of quality.

The 5 L is designed for anyone cooking in quantity: restaurants, farm stays, large families, or anyone who simply doesn't want to run out of oil halfway through the month. It's the best per-liter price in our range, the sensible choice when consumption is high and quality can't be compromised. A practical tin to keep in the pantry, built for professional kitchens as much as for home cooking when the numbers matter.

The same character, designed never to run out

Pale golden-yellow with amber glints, the same on the hundredth liter as on the first. This is a character built for the long haul: in a kitchen that uses it every day, for many people and many different recipes, the oil never fades or loses its identity. The same aromatic signature returns dish after dish, long protected by the dark tin, which slows oxidation better than clear glass.

Anyone cooking often, and for many, can't afford to ration good oil. In a kitchen that never holds back — large families, farm stays, restaurants — this format is built to be used without counting drops: soups made by the potful, grilled vegetables for the whole table, white meats and delicate fish like sea bass and gilt-head bream seasoned without a second thought. The same fruity notes, the same light pepperiness and bitterness, just in quantities that last.

Because the per-liter price drops, but the quality stays identical to our smaller sizes. The dark tin preserves oil better than clear glass, and having an abundant supply means never having to ration the one ingredient that should never be in short supply in your kitchen.
